Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional with expertise in handling student visa applications for European countries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student visa filing process for EU countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements. They will also review and verify visa-related documents thoroughly to guarantee accuracy and adherence to embassy/VFS standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.

  • Manage the end-to-end student visa filing process for EU countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Review and verify visa-related documents thoroughly to guarantee accuracy and adherence to embassy/VFS standards.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Prepare and submit university applications on behalf of students, verifying all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
  • Ensure precision, attention to detail, and organization in all administrative processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for EU countries.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.

Note: The ideal candidate should be familiar with the VFS process and have experience working with embassy documentation and university application procedures.
