Senior Label Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Label Executive to oversee the management of our label operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with artists, producers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the label, including artist development, marketing, and promotional campaigns. They will also be expected to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in label management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of music marketing and A&R processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
