Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Financial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our projects.

  • Financial Planning and Control: Prepare project budgets, annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and rolling cash flow projections.
  • Invoicing and Compliance: Ensure timely invoicing, tax compliance, bonds, guarantees, and financial accounting.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and mitigate risks, drive optimization of project cash flow, revenues, and GM contribution.
  • Project Review and Reporting: Participate in monthly project reviews, coordinate with PM/Central Controller/PSCM, and provide commercial insights.
  • Financial Analysis and Monitoring: Review estimate at completion, cost-to-complete, forecasted revenues and cash flow, and ensure alignment with other functions.
  • Commercial Awareness and Support: Promote commercial awareness, provide input to the project execution plan, and support the execution team.
  • Billing and Expense Management: Coordinate with clients for invoice approval, payment collection, and maintain an updated billing register.
  • Site Expenses and Cost Control: Monitor site expenses, report weekly, and reconcile SAP entries with invoices.
  • Actual vs. Budget Analysis: Analyze actual costs and revenue, highlight potential issues, and lead project actualisation activities.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA Finance/CA-Inter/ICWA

Work Experience:

Total Experience of 6 to 10 Years
