The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.

  • Design and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics in India.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
