Financial Transactions Coordinator Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, and ensuring regular reconciliation of vendor statements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Managing financial transactions, including invoice booking, payment processing, and end-to-end transactional process.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring regular reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthening and automating processes under responsibility area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
  • At least 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Highly competent and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Moderate PC skills with efficiency in MS office apps (predominantly MS Excel).
  • Experience in SAP FICO is an asset.
