Business Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP space.

  • Analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and engage with stakeholders.
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end ERP solutions for multiple countries, handling complex change requests and upgrades.
  • Assess the impact of design and solution changes due to upgrades and monthly patches.
  • Support testing, application upgrades, environment builds, and production incidents.
  • Build and maintain project artifacts, including design documents and configuration documents.
Requirements
  • Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules.
  • Proven functional consultant experience in multiple modules, including Payables, Expenses & Procurement.
  • Around 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant across implementation and support.
  • Prior work experience in solution design, business process review, and implementing best practices.
  • Experience with end-to-end life cycle of implementations and Change Control procedures.
  • Banking and Financial services industry experience is preferred but not required.
