About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and creative direction.
  • Create visually compelling designs and animations that align with brand identity.

Design & Animation Requirements:

  • Develop engaging social media post designs, GIF animations, and motion assets tailored for various platforms.
  • Animate character and motion graphics for videos and digital platforms.

Storyboarding & Planning

  • Visualize scenes, transitions, and visual flow of content through storyboards.
  • Rfine storytelling and scene continuity with the team.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Structure shot decision lists from shooting scripts and raw footage.
  • Assemble footage segments to ensure narrative continuity and visual appeal.
  • Add music, voiceovers, dialogues, graphics, effects, and motion animations suited for social media and digital channels.

Finalization & Delivery

  • Produce rough cuts for feedback and finalize videos based on team/client inputs.
  • Evaluate outputs against technical specifications and platform requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and timing.
  • The ability to work with a variety of content formats (video, GIF, static, animated).
  • Understanding of social media trends and visual content formats.
  • Familiarity with photography and integrating photographic elements into video content.
  • A strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
