We are seeking a talented Video Editing Associate to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into engaging, student-friendly educational videos.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their editing skills, particularly in the educational or YouTube space. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools is essential. Familiarity with motion graphics & animation tools is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and finalize raw video footage into high-quality educational content.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and effects to improve viewer engagement.
  • Optimize YouTube videos for better retention and interaction.
  • Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, and editing best practices.
  • Collaborate with educators, content creators, and marketing teams to align edits with learning goals.
  • Handle diverse projects including promotional videos, webinars, ads, and course content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (educational or YouTube work preferred).
  • Excellent storytelling & creative sense for simplifying educational concepts.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and accept feedback positively.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
