We create engaging online learning experiences, and we're looking for a talented Video Editing Associate who can transform raw footage into eye-catching, student-friendly, and trend-aligned educational videos.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Edit and finalize raw video footage into high-quality educational content.
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and effects to improve viewer engagement.
- Edit and optimize YouTube videos for better retention and interaction.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, and editing best practices.
- Collaborate with educators, content creators, and marketing teams to align edits with learning goals.
- Handle diverse projects including promotional videos, webinars, ads, and course content.
- Adapt to different editing styles as per project needs.

Skills Required :

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (educational or YouTube work preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with motion graphics & animation tools is a plus.
- Strong storytelling & creative sense for simplifying educational concepts.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and accept feedback positively.
- Excellent attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
