Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team.

The finance manager will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and records.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Process and review invoices and payments.
    • Manage collections and vendor relationships.
  • Financial Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
    • Monitor and project cash flow needs.
  • Taxation:
    • Assist in tax planning and compliance.
    • Prepare and file tax returns and related documents.
  • Ad Hoc Financial Projects:
    • Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
