About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with experience in managing multiple platforms and creating compelling content.

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms.
  • Content Creation: Manage day-to-day social media marketing operations, including content creation, editing, and optimization.
  • Digital Events: Plan and execute digital events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on campaign performance using data insights, making adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to craft compelling messaging, and a strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques. They will also be proactive in researching industry trends and staying up-to-date with emerging social media tools and methods.

Requirements:

  • Social Media Marketing: Proven skills in social media marketing across all major platforms.
  • Visual Content: Strong photo and visual content editing skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
  • Expertise: Expertise in content strategy, social media optimization, and managing multi-platform campaigns.
  • SEO and SEM: Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques to boost online visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Events: Experience in planning and executing digital and physical events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance using data insights.
  • Trend Research: Proactive in researching industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools and methods.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Demonstrated ability to drive sales through creative marketing campaigns and audience-targeted strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
