Job Summary

We are seeking talented design/senior structural engineers with 5-8 years of work experience to join our Mumbai and Jaipur office. As a structural engineer at LERA, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and glass structures
  • Analyze gravity and lateral load resisting systems
  • Design and detail structural elements
  • Create drawings and communicate with the drafting and BIM department
  • Coordinate drawings with other disciplines (architects, MEP engineers, etc.)
  • Respond to RFI's and review shop drawings
  • Visit construction sites

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or 5-year equivalent degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Good intuition about the behavior of structures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
