About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing design support to technically challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structural design team in the analysis and design of buildings of various sectors such as Data Centers, High Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mission Critical Buildings etc.
  • Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deliverables, including calculations and all construction documents.
  • Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.
  • Ability to develop Structural concepts to effectively compliment Architectural designs.
  • Understanding the basic structural engineering principles and leading a team of assistant engineers & drafters in delivering detailed design.
  • Preparation and checking of the detailed structural calculations and detailed checking of the drawings in line with the project quality procedures.
  • Understand Project Procedure, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and assist Project Manager in the proper execution of the project activities.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Lead who has:

  • A Post Graduate degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in structural design.
  • Strong knowledge of local India and International codes and best-industry practices.
  • Hands-on experience of structural design of projects.
  • Proficiency in software such as ETABS SAFE, SAP 2000, Staad Pro, REVIT Structures, TEDDs. Robot.
