About the Role

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead our web platforms' architecture, scaling, and secure development. You will guide our in-house team, ensure smooth deployments, and handle advanced backend and DevOps challenges.

  • Develop scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance
  • Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy
  • Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection
  • Mentor and review work of junior developers to maintain code quality
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high uptime (monitoring, logging, alerting)
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.)
  • Document processes, create handover guides, and establish technical SOPs
Key Responsibilities:

We require a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in full-stack development.

  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Nice to Have:

The ideal candidate should have additional expertise in Redis/queues for caching and job processing.

  • Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices
