As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing data solutions using SSIS, Data Warehouse, and Azure technologies. You will work closely with our team to develop ETL processes, design databases, and create data transformations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop ETL processes using SSIS
  • Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
  • Develop complex SQL queries for small to large sets of data
  • Design and architect data models
  • Design databases and data sourcing/ETL requirements for efficient use in reporting and BI
  • Build data transformations with SSIS, including importing data from files and moving data between database platforms
  • Debug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes
  • Design, implement, and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes) considering database security
  • Experience working with SSIS packages
  • Analyze and develop strategies for importing and transferring data between source, staging, and ODS/Data Warehouse destinations
  • Test and prepare ETL processes for deployment to production and non-production environments
  • Support system and acceptance testing, including developing or refining test plans
  • Administer requirements and design functional specifications for data
  • Evaluate codes and ensure the quality of project deliverables
  • Manage team resources
  • Knowledge of Azure Tech Stack, particularly ADF and Data Bricks, is an advantage
  • Good team player
  • Able to work on a project as an individual contributor
  • Good communication skills
