About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in designing and implementing efficient data models, developing and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, and managing large datasets. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our onshore team to ensure seamless collaboration and project alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient data models that meet analytical and operational requirements
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for data ingestion and ETL processes
  • Manage and organize large datasets efficiently, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security
  • Leverage expertise to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability
  • Assist in managing our data governance platform, Informatica, including implementing and enforcing data governance policies, maintaining data catalogs, and ensuring accurate data lineage and metadata management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Azure Data Lakehouse architecture for data storage and analytics
  • Expertise in Azure Data Factory for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines
  • Data modeling skills for designing and implementing efficient data models
  • Experience with Informatica for data governance, including data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage
  • Understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, to ensure data security and compliance
  • Strong SQL and programming skills, including proficiency in Python or Scala used in data engineering
