Enterprise Architecture Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple modules and integrated systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the Enterprise design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple modules and integrated systems
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
  • Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption strategies
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP project teams and solution architects
  • Oversight of SAP system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP architecture, including at least 3 years in a lead or enterprise architect role
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, BW, etc.) and integration points
  • Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
  • Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or greenfield/brownfield implementations
