International Education Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an International Education Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personalized counselling sessions to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advising students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Supporting students throughout the admission process - application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Guiding students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinating with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate student records in CRM tools and providing timely reports.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Staying updated with current trends in international education and maintaining relationships with partner universities.
Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • An empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
