Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead our projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimation, design coordination, production planning, site execution, and final handover.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimation & Project Planning
    • Prepare detailed cost assessments, BOQs, and project budgets in line with client requirements.
    • Review tender documents, client specifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive proposals and techno-commercial offers that meet client expectations.
    • Develop project schedules with milestones and timelines, taking into account resource allocation and dependencies.
  • Site Visits & Client Coordination
    • Conduct thorough site visits to understand scope, constraints, and potential risks.
    • Provide technical expertise during client meetings and negotiations to build trust and confidence.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Design & Technical Coordination
    • Coordinate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure PEB drawings, anchor bolt layouts, and civil/structural designs meet project requirements.
    • Validate drawings for constructability and practical execution, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Ensure timely release of 'Good for Construction' drawings, streamlining the project workflow.
  • Production Planning & Procurement
    • Develop fabrication schedules aligned with site requirements, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
    • Monitor production progress at the factory, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
    • Coordinate procurement of steel, plates, roofing, cladding, and accessories, managing lead times and inventory levels.
    • Track material dispatches to site as per the project schedule, optimizing logistics and reducing costs.
  • Site Execution & Monitoring
    • Supervise foundation, erection, roofing, cladding, and finishing works, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
    • Manage subcontractors, labor, and equipment deployment, maintaining a smooth project flow.
    • Ensure strict adherence to timeline requirements, resolving on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Project Completion & Handover
    • Monitor snag lists and ensure rectifications before handover, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
    • Prepare final documentation, including as-built drawings, quality reports, and completion certificates, highlighting project achievements.
    • Conduct client walkthroughs and obtain approvals, reinforcing the client relationship.
    • Support the accounts/finance team in payment milestone certifications, facilitating a smooth transition.
