Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic leader to oversee the daily operations of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who can effectively manage revenue goals, drive business growth, and ensure seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance branch performance and efficiency.
  2. Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branch initiatives with company objectives and drive business outcomes.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and stay ahead in the market.
  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure branch performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
