Job Title: Associate Architect

Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the design and development of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in conceptualizing and finalizing designs, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders, preparing and reviewing working drawings, specifications, and documentation, and leading site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and finalize designs in coordination with respective departments and management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and review working drawings, specifications, and documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead site visits to monitor quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and draughtsmen to achieve project deadlines.

Requirements

This role requires strong design skills with attention to detail and creativity. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are also essential. Knowledge of development control regulations, IGBC, and other relevant codes is necessary for success.
