Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans to drive qualified leads and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies tailored to US market segments, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, providing actionable recommendations based on analytics.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to continually improve ad performance, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Present detailed performance reports to stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
