Job Title: AI Strategy and Technical Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Ai Strategist & Technical Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, drive enterprise-wide strategy, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.


About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining AI architectures, leading marquee customer engagements, and evangelizing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement AI architecture strategies that align with business outcomes, data strategy, security, and compliance.
  2. Design, prototype, and deliver production-grade AI systems across various domains, including GenAI, LLMs, multi-modal AI, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agents.
  3. Provide expert advice to CIOs/CTOs/CDOs on AI adoption strategy, cloud-native transformation, and scaling AI beyond PoCs into production.
  4. Establish governance frameworks for AI, including LLMOps, model risk management, AI security, and EU AI Act compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Enterprise Architecture - Define AI-enabled enterprise architectures that scale across industries.
  2. Generative AI & Agents - Proven expertise in LLMs, multi-modal AI, AI agent orchestration, and prompt/flow engineering.
  3. Cloud & Multi-cloud Strategy - Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience with AWS, Azure, GCP highly valued.
  4. AI/ML Engineering & MLOps - Strong grounding in ML frameworks, CI/CD, observability, and governance.
  5. AI Security & Responsible AI - Knowledge of data privacy, fairness, explainability, model risk & compliance frameworks.
