Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Influencer Campaign Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with influencers across various categories and platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers across India, encompassing popular platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and others.
  • Nurture existing relationships and establish new connections with influencers to drive campaign success.
  • Collaborate with influencers to negotiate commercials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create engaging campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats.
  • Effectively coordinate and manage expectations regarding quality and timeliness from both influencers and internal teams.
  • Curate a list of top influencers across various categories in India.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding presentation-making abilities, are essential.
  • A passion for digital media and the ability to decode trends and analytics from data are vital.
  • Experience in an agency setting, preferably with 6 months to 1 year of tenure, is desirable.
  • A problem-solving attitude and the capacity to build successful collaborations with influencers are key qualifications.
