Brand Ambassador Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our influencer relations department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, their managers, and content creators.

About the Role:

  • Facilitating Sourcing Requests:
    • We need someone who can identify and coordinate clients' outfits, jewelry, accessories, and shoes for influencer collaborations.
    • You will maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, their managers, and talent agencies.
    • Timely delivery of fashion items to influencers and their teams is essential.
  • Influencer Coordination:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers, and content creators.
    • Understand influencers' personal styles, audiences, and brand fit to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Campaign & Event Management:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer dressing, gifting, and brand campaigns.
    • Track and manage inventory of clients' products used for influencer partnerships.
    • E nsure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Trend Analysis & Industry Networking:
    • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on influencer content trends and audience engagement patterns.
    • Attend fashion, lifestyle, and social media industry events to network with key stakeholders.
  • Other Tasks:
    • Manage deliverables and deadlines with influencers and their teams.
    • Prepare performance reports on influencer collaborations, including reach and engagement metrics.
    • Handle logistical and coordination issues that may arise during the sourcing and delivery process.
