We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a women's wear brand that values individuality and self-expression.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing or partnerships, as well as a deep understanding of the fashion & lifestyle landscape.

The successful Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for scouting and identifying influencers who truly reflect our style and audience, reaching out, connecting, and building lasting relationships with creators, planning and managing influencer collaborations from concept to execution, and keeping track of performance and trends to make campaigns stronger.

We're looking for someone who is a great communicator, organized, and proactive, with a good sense of content & style that fits our brand identity.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our voice through the right creators and storytellers, while working collaboratively with our team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scout and identify influencers who align with our brand values
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
  • Plan and execute influencer collaborations
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing or partnerships
  • A deep understanding of the fashion & lifestyle landscape
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
