Job Role: Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Cloud Intelligence specialist to drive commercial growth and impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain dashboard reporting using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance for our clients.
  • Collaborate with our Australian team to manage data streams, build marketing dashboards, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams and building marketing dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL, pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualizations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A passion for data and reporting, with a proactive approach to professional development.
