Job Title: Experienced Physical Design Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physical design lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex chip designs, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Netlist2GDSII flow and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of physical design methodologies and sub-micron technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in physical design, including floor planning, power grid design, placement, CTS, routing, STA, and physical verification.
  • Hands-on experience with PnR Suite from Cadence and Synopsys (Innovus and ICC2).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage a team of 10+ engineers.
