Finance Trainee


Job Description:

The role of a Finance Management Trainee involves conducting in-depth financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing comprehensive financial models, and preparing professional reports. Daily interaction with team members is crucial to communicate findings, support decision-making processes, and assist with various accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities include conducting industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases, performing financial and operational benchmarking of global companies, analyzing market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors, assisting in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.), and supporting the preparation of investment memorandums and pitch books.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute

Additional skills include the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
