Sustainable Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainable Marketing Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of sustainability-focused marketing initiatives across content, social media, partnerships, and performance reporting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that promote sustainable practices and reduce the environmental footprint of our marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute sustainability-led campaigns across social media, email, and blog platforms.
  • Translate sustainability insights into clear, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Own content calendars, coordinate with design, product, and ESG teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Manage community engagement and basic influencer/partner outreach to amplify our sustainability efforts.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, CTR, and leads, and deliver regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex sustainability concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels, including basic SEO and analytics familiarity.
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
