  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM - Financial Consolidation
  • Expertise in end-to-end support/implementation of Oracle EPM FCCS and TRCS applications, including requirement gathering, application design, configuration, and implementation
  • Strong skills in EPBCS, PCMCS, EPMAgent, EPRCS, and Groovy
  • Hands-on experience managing FCCS applications on Statutory reporting, Management Reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, Allocations, Intercompany eliminations, Currency translations requirements
  • Functional expertise in Income Statement, Balance Sheet Cash Flow reporting, and FCCS Rules writing: Read, Write, Amend, understand the impact on the system, experience with writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager rules to cater to various business functionalities, performance tuning of the rules
  • Proven ability to demonstrate core consulting skills: adaptability, flexibility, and leadership; excellent team player with strong communication skills and ability to face clients comfortably
  • Experience in configuring FCCS applications, writing business rules, data validations, and building integrations and automations
  • Expertise in SmartView and other reporting tools such as FR/MR/Narrative Reporting, metadata properties
  • Open to adopting new technologies and strategies for driving business success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EPM Cloud system implementations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design applications, and implement solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle EPM Cloud functionality, including requirement gathering, application design, and implementation
  • Design and implement custom business rules, calculations, and workflows using Oracle EPM Cloud tools and technologies
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal stakeholders on Oracle EPM Cloud best practices and functionality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Oracle product updates to inform strategic recommendations and solution development
