About the Role:

As a life and wellness coach, you will have the opportunity to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating common life challenges. You will provide coaching sessions via video or phone, focusing on stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coaching sessions to help members achieve their goals and improve various aspects of their lives.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging positive change.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and track session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our provider support team and other teams as needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Key Requirements:

  • A globally recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, AC).
  • A minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Adaptability across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities (e.g., NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology).
  • Telehealth competence and comfort with technology.
  • A commitment to quality care, a willingness to expand capabilities, and a desire to increase effectiveness by staying informed of client progress or challenges.
