Job Description

The role of Deputy Manager-Membership involves overseeing the membership compliance of the Exchange and supporting the team in achieving a flawless work environment.

  • Reviewing and processing applications for changes in director details, shareholding/DPG patterns, constitution/re-constitution of partnership firms, name changes, and member office addresses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinizing / processing of application for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screening for all the applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, Directors and Transfer of membership.
  • Maintaining records, updating control sheets, and following up with members via mail and phone calls.
Closure of Alerts and Database Management

Closing alerts in Trackwizz application, maintaining monthly databases, and collating data for SEBI/Internal department is also a part of this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: CS/CA/MBA from a reputed Institute/University
  • Experience: 3 - 4 years of work experience in securities/Capital market, financial services, mutual funds or insurance companies
  • Skills Required: Proactive and result-oriented, analytical ability and an eye for detail, good execution skills, strong communications skills, sharing knowledge and best practices, satisfying company and national regulatory standards

Functional Competencies:

  • MS Office (good Excel skills preferred)
