Creative Visionary

We are seeking an innovative visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through creative and engaging design, video production, and strategic content development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design compelling social media campaigns, posters, banners, and brochures that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop short videos, edit student testimonials, and create impactful ad creatives that meet our marketing goals.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials by applying the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Support outreach events and education fairs with effective branding and collateral materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry design trends and apply creative problem-solving skills to keep our brand fresh, youthful, and engaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong skills in both static design and video editing, including color correction, typography, and animation.
  • A keen eye for layout, composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and translate concepts into visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is highly valued.
