Visual Creative Specialist

The role of a Visual Creative Specialist is to craft captivating visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. This includes designing engaging banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives for e-commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visual assets tailored for e-commerce campaigns, including banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives.
  • Create visually appealing emailers and newsletters that align with marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
  • Work on B2B and B2C marketing projects, ensuring creative output effectively communicates with both audiences.
  • Design storyboards and short-form videos/reels for digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand's design language innovative and fresh.
  • Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize designs for digital channels (web, mobile, social, email).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or IT products.
  • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels.
  • Understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce design is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
