Position Title: Senior Manager - Financial ReportingKey Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS).
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
    • Prepare and analyze management reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, including securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.
    • Develop policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
    • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide clear and concise financial information.
    • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
