Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines using Databricks
  • Optimize Spark jobs for efficient data processing and storage
  • Maintain Databricks notebooks, workflows, and dashboards
  • Build and optimize data pipelines in Databricks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues
  • Monitor data processing jobs for high availability and reliability
  • Integrate Databricks with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Stay current with the latest Databricks and big data technologies
  • Experience working with ETL tools like Informatica (excluding Databricks)

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering projects
  • SQL analytical functions and ability to write complex queries
  • Proficiency in Python and Scala programming languages
