About This Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Operations Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Vending as a Service (VaaS) business under BoxC. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence: Streamline day-to-day activities to ensure seamless service delivery, optimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric approach by resolving issues promptly, exceeding expectations, and promoting loyalty through efficient service delivery.
  3. P&L Management: Manage profitability, set revenue and margin targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve these goals.
  4. Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to strategic business decisions, formulate innovative processes, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive growth and improvement.
  5. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management, conduct audits, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-8 years in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
  • Education: MBA or Post Graduate qualification is preferred.
  • P&L Experience: Strong background in P&L management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
  • Operational Expertise: Excellent understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and cost control in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to drive customer satisfaction through operational improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Earn an estimated ₹40 Lakhs per annum, based on market research and industry standards.
