Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests using various tools such as NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance tests to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Analyze and resolve performance issues using data-driven methods.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement performance-enhancing features.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell) for automation.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
