Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lean Manufacturing Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and implementing lean principles across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, with experience in leading and facilitating teams. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management and employees
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Lean Six Sigma environment, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
