Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist and AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that drive business growth and improve decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable ML pipelines and APIs using tools like Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing data-driven recommendations and AI/ML solutions.

As a master storyteller, you will communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Machine Learning Expertise: 4-7 years of experience in building ML solutions, with a strong foundation in machine learning modeling and deployment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong exposure to banking, payments, fintech, or Wealth/Asset management domains, with experience working on problems related to marketing analytics, customer churn, credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 technical institute or MBA from Tier 1 institute.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing interactions, with the ability to bridge technical solutions with business impact and drive value through data science initiatives.
