We are seeking a skilled Junior Service Desk Engineer to join our team.

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Process and execute service requests following established procedures.
  • Record and document incidents/service requests using the ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents according to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
