Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Community Management: Develop and implement community-building initiatives to foster a sense of belonging among residents. Organize events, activities, and social gatherings to enhance the community experience.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations within coliving spaces, including housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management. Ensure all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service by training and supervising staff, monitoring service quality, and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and supplies. Negotiate contracts and ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets related to operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operations, guest feedback, and community activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improving service delivery and community engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry with a focus on customer service, guest services, and/or community management.
  • Experience in a coliving or shared accommodation environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using hospitality management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Customer Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive living experience for residents.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
