At Collabera, we are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Vadodara. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹450,000 - ₹650,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from initial offer to exit process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding:
    • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits and orientation schedules.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
    • Assist with completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
    • Assist in management of employee benefits, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and access are provided to new employees.
    • Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Induction:
    • Develop and refine induction programs to ensure they meet the needs of new employees.
    • Schedule and coordinate induction sessions with relevant departments and stakeholders.
    • Gather feedback from new employees on their induction experience and suggest improvements.
  • General HR Support:
    • Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
