Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process right from posting till candidate onboarding, induction and other related activities
- Drafting & formulation of HR policies; circulate it among employees & ensure its proper implementation
- Attendance & Leave
- Employee Relation
- Exit Formalities
- Performance Management:
- Payroll
- Salary Negotiation
- Annual Performance Appraisal
- General Administration & other related work
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or HR Specialist or HR related role
- Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
- Experience in performance management, appraisal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail in documentation and processes.
- Building trust and maintaining confidentiality.
- Developing positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to handle a dynamic work environment and changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset for resolving employee and organizational issues.
- Ability to make sound, ethical decisions in challenging situations.
Salary Range:
Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 35,000/-
