**Advanced Analytics Solutions Lead**

Drive data-driven insights with our cutting-edge analytics platform.

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of advanced analytics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions tailored to business needs. With your expertise in technical leadership, you will mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights. You will also be responsible for implementing data integration workflows using Spotfire's scripting (IronPython, TERR) and automation services. Additionally, you will optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.

**Requirements:**

  • 7-11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  • Strong command over Spotfire features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lake architectures.
  • Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
