**Job Overview**
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS and a proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop functional specifications for new projects or enhancements.
- Develop detailed technical specifications for client projects, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.
- Implement Oracle HRMS solutions using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-13 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consulting role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, and Talent Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
**Desired Candidate Profile**
