Job Title: Lead Data Science Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned data science professional to join our team as a Lead Data Science Consultant. About the Role:
  • Engage in high-level client discussions to identify business needs and develop tailored AI/ML solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of industry experience in data science or ML engineering, with 5+ years in leadership or management roles.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead data science/ML engineering teams to meet project goals.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management, balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Classical machine learning techniques (regression, clustering, decision trees, ensemble methods).
  • Deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Generative AI (GANs, VAEs, or transformer-based architectures).
  • MLOps best practices (CI/CD, containerization, model versioning).
