Lead AI/ML Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Strategist to drive our organization's AI and machine learning initiatives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI and ML strategies that align with our business goals.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and developing plans for their execution.

Key Skills & QualificationsLeadership & Strategy
  • Proven track record of developing and executing AI and ML strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding high-performing teams.
AI & ML Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
  • Experience with MLOps tools for integration, monitoring, and automation.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, SciPy) for ML development.
  • Experience with backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

This role requires a strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
