Job Title: Public Accounting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Accounting Expert with extensive knowledge of US accounting practices and tax laws to join our team in Bengaluru, India.

This role is designed specifically to support our US-based clientele, providing comprehensive financial services, including accounting, taxation, auditing, and consulting.

The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of US GAAP, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
  • Tax Return Management: Handle US federal and state tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
  • Financial Audits and Compliance: Manage and perform financial audits, internal controls reviews, and regulatory compliance assessments.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients regarding tax planning, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise effectively with US-based clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Public Accounting Expert (CPA), USA certification mandatory.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working directly with US accounting and taxation.
  • Proficient understanding of US GAAP, tax laws, and IRS regulations.
